At PGP Next Level Foundation (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization), we believe every student deserves the chance to become more than their circumstances—more confident, more capable, and more prepared for life’s opportunities.

Founded with a vision to empower the next generation, PGP Next Level Foundation was created to give students the tools, support, and guidance they need to lead with purpose. What started as a passion to help young people, has grown into a movement focused on developing leadership, character, and life skills in students from all backgrounds.
We’ve seen firsthand the impact that mentorship, positive exposure, and personal development can have on a young person’s life. That is why our programs are designed to meet students where they are—helping them grow through life coaching, leadership training, performance development, and media readiness.
