CEO & President
Adrien Clarke
​
Adrien Clarke is a husband, father, youth pastor, and certified life coach dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders. A graduate of The Ohio State University, he is also a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach who empowers athletes to reach their full potential—both on and off the field. Adrien is the founder of PGP Sports Training and co-founder of the Next Level Foundation, where he mentors youth through leadership, character development, and performance training. A former NFL offensive lineman, he was a four-year starter and 2002 National Champion at Ohio State, and played professionally for the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets, and Baltimore Ravens—including an appearance in Super Bowl XXXIX.

Tania Clarke

Tania Clarke is a business owner and youth pastor, passionate about empowering the next generation. As co-founder of the Next Level Foundation, she mentors youth and young adults, helping them grow into strong leaders and positive influences in their communities. Tania is deeply involved in community outreach and has worked in schools to build confidence and encourage growth in young people. Drawing from her own life experiences, she brings authenticity and heart to everything she teaches. Her deep desire to see lasting change in both youth and adults continues to fuel her mission of building stronger, purpose-driven lives.

Chairman
Dr. Sonya Moore, DNP, CRNA, FAAN, FAANA

Dr. Sonya Moore is a nationally recognized nurse anesthetist, educator, and healthcare leader. She directs the Nurse Anesthesia Program at Case Western Reserve University and founded the Leadership Excel and Achievement Program (LEAP) to expand access for underrepresented students.
A practicing CRNA with the Cleveland Clinic and Fellow of both the American Academy of Nursing and the AANA, Dr. Moore also serves on the Board of the NBCRNA. She brings over 20 years of clinical and academic experience, along with a strong commitment to community service and equity in education. As Co-Chair of the PGP Next Level Foundation, she helps guide initiatives that empower future leaders.

Treasurer
Alicia Hopkins
​
Alicia Hopkins-Davis is employed at Minutemen HR Management Services, where she holds a director position for major payroll accounts. She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing management from the University of Toledo. She has been working in the fields of payroll, human resources, accounts payable, and management for over 25 years. Alicia is passionate about clients receiving the best service possible.
Alicia is a dedicated member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc., Alpha Lambda Sigma Alumnae Chapter (Cleveland, OH), where she has been in the position of recording treasurer for the past five years. She is active in many community service programs to help improve the greater Cleveland area.
Alicia has twin daughters and loves spending time with family and friends.

Secretary
Dr. Arriel Moore

Dr. Ariel Moore is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Her professional interests include providing emotional support to families in the NICU and addressing healthcare disparities affecting this vulnerable population. Outside of work, Dr. Moore enjoys reality television and spending quality time with her family.
