Refund Policy

PGP Next Level Foundation (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization) is committed to transparency and accountability with all donations, program fees, and contributions.
1. Donations

All donations made to PGP Next Level Foundation are final and non-refundable.

As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

If a donation was made in error or with incorrect details (such as an incorrect amount or duplication), please contact us within 7 business days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Event Registrations & Program Fees

Fees for events, workshops, or programs may be refundable under certain conditions:

Full refund if canceled by the participant at least 14 days before the event/program start date.

50% refund if canceled 7-13 days before the event/program start date.

No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date or for no-shows.

If PGP Next Level Foundation cancels an event or program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the payment to a future event or program.
3. Merchandise Sales (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges on merchandise are accepted within 30 days of purchase for defective or incorrect items only.
